Ann Tan, Judy Domanski and Sania Soerensen founded Caterpillar Stretching Imagination in April 2006, on a 2nd floor shop in Sri Hartamas. Since then the business has expanded by the addition of more studios on the 3rd floor, as well as by the inclusion of a children-friendly dining concept, based on the Caterpillar Café branches, located at Bangsar Shopping Centre and in Sri Hartamas.

The philosophy behind the creation of Caterpillar was to offer parents a ‘one-stop-shop’ with the convenience of having an integrated activity centre and serving home-made wholesome food.  As parents ourselves, we fully understand the need and value of having a nurturing educational centre where parents can have ‘Peace of Mind’ knowing that the kids are taught lessons and are well cared for, in a healthy safe environment.

At Caterpillar, we do our best to assist your child to explore the full envelope of their creativity, not through just popular activities such as dance, music and art, but as well as by offering other unique creative experiences such as baking and cooking and languages.
